Online sales specialist

Are you digitally strong and commercially minded? Then become our new online sales specialist! We are a wholesaler specializing in damaged vehicles, with a constantly changing stock of approximately 1,000 vehicles. From our location at the Drachten-Azeven business park, we buy and sell vehicles at home and abroad.

What will you do?

As we continue to grow, we are looking for reinforcement! We are looking for a second Online Sales Specialist who, together with his/her colleague, will ensure that all our online customer contacts run smoothly and professionally.

You work closely together and divide the tasks wisely throughout the day. During the daily kick-off meeting, the Head of Sales discusses with the team who will focus on what. This way, everyone knows exactly what the priorities are and what you will be focusing on that day, whether it's WhatsApp traffic, email, or answering the phone.

Through our digital channels, you are the first point of contact for customers who want to get in touch. You help them with their questions about our vehicles, refer them to the right information, and as soon as there is serious interest, you pass the lead on to one of your sales colleagues.

Since many of our customers come from abroad, you will also regularly receive messages in English, German, or other languages. Don't worry: we don't expect you to be fluent in these languages; with a little digital help, you'll get a long way.

What we find particularly important is that you maintain an overview. At the end of the day, WhatsApp and email are updated and all customers have received a response. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that no one is forgotten, which makes you an indispensable link in our sales team!

Your duties

  • Answering customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp
  • Answering the phone
  • Provide information on damage visibility, registration/documentation, transportation and export options, among others
  • Support the sales team with administration and communications
  • Contributing ideas on how to further improve our digital customer communications

What do we ask of you?

  • Customer-focused and proactive attitude
  • Good command of the Dutch language in both speaking and writing (English and/or German is a plus)
  • Affinity for cars and/or engineering
  • Experience with digital communication channels (such as WhatsApp and email)
  • Be able to work independently, accurately and in a structured manner
