Energy neutral and multifunctional
At the Edisonlaan in Drachten a hypermodern new building has been built for Boonstra. The activities in this building are twofold: on the one hand for our company Boonstra Recovery Trucks, on the other hand also for Boonstra Damage Vehicles. On the facade is a new illuminated advertisement that betrays the building's inhabitant: Boonstra Recovery Trucks. Although the outside of the building looks functional, the inside is fully customized to serve Boonstra business as best as possible. Also, the building is energy neutral, something we are very proud of.
Energy neutral
A++ insulation in walls, glass, floor and roof combined with 192 solar panels and heat pumps make the premises energy-neutral.
2 5-ton overhead cranes
The building is equipped with two 5-ton overhead cranes. Loading/unloading of vehicles is always possible at Boonstra.
